Another dream last night was that a lady named Joanne was pregnant, about 7+ months, and I was shown her baby was a boy.
I learnt a lesson about my baby dreams some years ago. Once I had a dream and was show a baby girl named Jessica. I had no idea who's baby it was. Then my friend who I hadn't seen for years told me she was pregnant and asked if I knew what sex her baby would be...silly me said a girl named Jessica. She ended up having a boy, I felt really stupid. Wasn't until later that I found out that another lady that I had contact with who was pregnant had a girl named Jessica. Big learning.
